We are currently closed.
There is a pay and display car park to the rear of the surgery. The parking rates are the standard rate set out by Mole Valley District Council, which are £1 per hour.
There are 2 disabled bays and 4 free parking bays (30 minute).
Parking your car in the pay and display car park is your responsibility, and if you are kept waiting for an appointment, you will need to ensure that you step out to top up the meter accordingly. Please speak to a receptionist and let them know you have left the surgery to top up your parking.
Unfortunately the surgery cannot provide letters of support for any penalty ticket appeal.
Woodcocks Pharmacy is based at Medwyn Surgery and is open for 100 hours each week.
Except on Bank Holiday’s opening times are as follows:
|Monday – Saturday||08:30 – 23:00|
|Sunday||10:00 – 20:00|
There is no requirement to be a patient registered at Medwyn Surgery to use the pharmacy facilities.
When Are We Closed?
The surgery is closed at weekends and on bank holidays. If you need to urgently speak to a doctor or nurse out of hours health advice is available from the NHS 111 Services.
If you need emergency assistance for a life threatening condition dial 999 to request an ambulance. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
The NHS 111 service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is staffed by a team of fully trained advisers, supported by experienced nurses and paramedics. They will ask you questions to assess your symptoms, then give you the healthcare advice you need or direct you straightaway to the local service that can help you best. That could be A&E, an out-of hours doctor, an urgent care centre or a walk-in centre, a community nurse, an emergency dentist or a late-opening chemist. Where possible, the NHS 111 team will book you an appointment or transfer you directly to the people you need to speak to.
